LeftBrainRightBrain Solutions has been deliberate since its inception to have attracted a broad breadth of competencies in its executive team.  From Operations to Business Development, Technology to Support, each principal exhibits the passion and commitment to their expertise necessary to deliver excellence to the end-user customer.  Their combined technology expertise and experience within the educational system brings highly usable and break-through online registration software for schools and online registration software for sports and recreation departments.

With over 75 years of collective experience in a wide array of disciplines, LeftBrainRightBrain Solutions is well positioned for the online registration software business.  Our principals combine their vast experience in software engineering, school boards, sales, marketing, after school enrichment program deployment and support, and running and coaching sports teams to bring robust, cost effective online registration software solutions that address the needs of the school and sports organization market.

The building blocks for LeftBrainRightBrain Solutions were cast in 2002 when its founders launched a not-for-profit education foundation focused on delivering high-end after school enrichment program opportunities for children. 
From years of experience in the school environment, the partners of the organization went to work on creating tools to help maximize the efficiencies of school districts and their supporting organizations, including PTOs, Education Foundations and Sports Organizations that offer educational, athletic and enrichment programs for children.

LeftBrainRightBrain Solutions expertly delivers and is constantly enhancing its online registration software products,  RegNavigatorSchools and  RegNavigatorSports.

Susan Gronske, Managing Partner Business Operations

Job Responsibilities:  Susan Gronske is Managing Partner Business Operations for LeftBrainRightBrain Solutions, a company she co-founded in 2006. Over the past two years, Ms. Gronske has co-developed EnrichmentNavigator, a toolkit modeled after an after school program deployed in a school district in NJ.  

Experience:  As owner of a full service interior design firm Ms. Gronske has over 25 years of business operations experience.  She is an accredited interior designer and has been responsible for project planning, budgets, installations, client meetings, and presentations. She has directed activities for a professional design team and implemented finished corporate and residential interiors in more than a million square feet in New York City.  She utilizes her business experience in building a company with all the necessary components for success.

Ms. Gronske co-founded and is currently President of F.O.R.C.E. (Focusing Our Resources for Children's Enrichment), Long Hill Township's Education Foundation in NJ.  The mission of F.O.R.C.E. aspires to enhance the quality of public education through private funding to support academic enrichment.  Susan has been responsible for successfully developing and deploying a robust after school enrichment program which is entering into its eighth consecutive session.  She has been actively involved in volunteering for the school district to maintain a link between the administration and the foundation to promote excellence in education. 

Susan matriculated at Rutgers University and received her degree from Fashion Institute of Technology, NYC.  She lives in New Jersey with her husband and two children. 


Deborah Schmalz, Director Business Development

Job Responsibilities: Ms. Schmalz has been Director of Business Development for LeftBrainRightBrain Solutions since she co-founded the company in 2006.  Over the past two years, she has led the Company's sales and marketing efforts in expanding the after school program market.

Experience:  In the Computer Industry, Ms. Schmalz was a National Account Executive at Compaq Computer Corporation and had sales responsibility for multiple corporate accounts.  She  has managed corporate relationships, had responsibility for strategic planning, program development and deployment and personnel management. 

Ms. Schmalz has been involved in the development of support organizations that facilitate school district program development providing infrastructure to facilitate after school and in school enrichment program opportunities to in district teaching staff, providing career path opportunities for staff aspiring towards administration.  She has been actively involved in lobbying for school districts at the state level and is a member of Value NJ, a grassroots  initiative involving multiple NJ school districts looking to prevent further program breakage to fiscally responsible school districts.

Education:  Ms. Schmalz graduated with a BA in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from Drew University where she played Womens Varsity Basketball and Womens Varsity Lacrosse.  She has participated as a volunteer for non-profit education foundations and is a volunteer coach for girls youth lacrosse and basketball.  She also serves as co-chair of an education foundation in her home town of Bernards Township New Jersey.



Nan Harrington, Director Customer Support Operations

Job Responsibilities: Ms. Harrington has been Director of Customer Support Operations and Training for  LeftBrainRightBrain Solutions since 2007.

Experience:  Ms. Harrington has more than 20 years experience as a Business Process Engineer and Systems Analyst designing and implementing business operations for AT&T and Lucent Technologies.


Ms. Harrington began her technical career at Bell Labs, where she was a Member of the Technical Staff performing R&D on early UNIX and CAD systems.  She moved to AT&T and subsequently Lucent Technologies, where she did extensive analysis and re-engineering of various aspects of the supply chains, including forecasting, order fulfillment, inventory, and logistics.  Her primary area of expertise is the translation of business needs into system requirements to ensure the most efficient interactions of people and systems.  She was also an Adjunct Professor of Mathematics at Raritan Valley Community College. 

Ms. Harrington has served as a member of the Boards of Education in both the Long Hill Township and Watchung Hills Regional districts.  She was President of the Long Hill Board of Education for 5 years, and is currently a member of that board.  In addition, Ms. Harrington was a active member of the New Jersey School Boards Association, serving as a member of the Special Education Committee, and as a Group Leader for New Board Member Orientation and Leadership courses.


T.Dorsey Harrington, Chief Technology Officer

Job Responsibilities: T. Dorsey Harrington has been Chief Technology Officer for LeftBrainRightBrain Solutions since 2007, managing the data center, and development and delivery of the online registration product line.

Experience:  In the Commercial Software Industry, Mr. Harrington was a co-founder and principal in several software companies, most recently having been the Chief Technology Officer and Board member at Wireless Introduction Network, a social networking company serving the U.S. and Latin America as www.zogo.com and www.zogo.net.  Working closely with sales, marketing, and business partners, Mr. Harrington made significant improvements to the internal development process and identified regional outsourcing service providers so that the network now reaches a worldwide customer base using mobile devices for anonymous text and voice contact.

Mr. Harrington began his technical career at Bell Labs, where he was a Member of the Technical Staff performing R&D on early UNIX and CAD systems.  He moved on from Bell Labs to apply the knowledge gained in R&D in solving real-world problems in industry. Mr. Harrington worked as a software consultant in manufacturing, finance, and pharmaceuticals for eleven years. For the past 15 years, he had been involved in developing commercial software products before joining LeftBrainRightBrain Solutions. 

Mr. Harrington has served for three years on the Advisory Board at Union County Vocational-Technical Schools where he also taught part-time in three high schools that comprise the UCV-TS system.
